Wind Mitigation Inspections

If you want to save money on your insurance, or if you've had a new roof, doors, or windows installed, then you need a wind mitigation inspection. This report shows your insurance company how well your home can protect your home against the frequent Florida hurricanes. The inspection includes your roof, windows, and doors. This is a very important, yet fast inspection.

Four-Point Inspections

We offer a full home 4-point inspection that thoroughly examines the property's four major systems: roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Insurance companies may request the owners for this inspection before renewing or upgrading their coverage plan. Our inspector will provide you with a thorough report and even send it directly to your insurance provider.

Roof Inspections

Our inspector will inspect the roof to determine its current status, including age, condition, and repair status. This includes the shingles, roof decking, clips, and flashing. The inspector will also check all roof penetrations, valleys, and, if applicable, chimneys and skylights.

Pool/spa Inspections

During your pool and spa inspection we will look for proper plumbing, electrical connections and wiring, and safety issues. Equipment will also be inspected for proper function and damage.

New Home Warranty Inspections

Many new homes have a new home warranty, most for 1 year. It is highly recommended that your new home be inspected at least one month before the warranty expires. This inspector will inform you of any issues that could be addressed under the warranty, saving you a lot of money in repairs if they are needed.
